- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste

- Take a mixer jar to add boiled chana dal and chicken mince, red chili powder, coriander, cumin, turmeric powder, salt, green chili, and grind well and transfer into a bowl. Add and mash the potatoes, add lemon juice, amchur powder, garam masala, chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, and the beaten eggs. Finally, add some butter and keep the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
