  4. 1/2 cup cabbage, finely grated
  5. 1/4 cup french bean, chopped & steamed
  6. 1/4 cup green peas, boiled
  7. 1/4 cup curd
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1 tbsp pomegranate arils
  10. 10 peanuts, roasted
  11. 1/4 tsp ghee
  12. 1/2 tsp rai
  13. 10 curry leaves
  14. As needed Coriander to garnish

  3. Now heat ghee in pan, add mustard seeds, let it splutter and gradually add curry leaves & peanuts.

  5. Add the mustard tadka to the curd rice and mix well.
