  1. Soak rice for 4 hours. Drain water and grind in the mixer to a smooth paste.
  2. In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp semolina, rice paste and curd. Beat the mixture thoroughly.
  3. Now mix salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and garam masala in the batter. Add all chopped vegetables and mix well.
  4. Set the consistency of mixture by adding water.
  5. Heat a griddle. Brush it with cooking oil. Place this mixture on heated griddle with the help of spoon in small size pancakes. Shallow fry till golden brown colour.
  6. Like wise make all the pancakes and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
