  3. Now make round shape tikki, heat up the tava, put some ghee and put the tikki...initially keep the flame medium to high and after 2 mins let the tikki cooked on low flame
  4. For the dip. I have used half cup of curd, some water, salt,1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1 cucumber cut into peices and few pudina leaves....Serve the tikki hot
