- Heat oil into Tadka pan and let it heat very hot, then add mustard seeds, turn off the heat, and wait for a min. Then add cumin seeds, red chilli chopped/ pieces, hing, curry leaves and both daal. Mix well and wait for a while. Then add green chilli and mix well.
- Add this tampered masala to mixture of cooked rice and curd. Mix well and add salt as require. And mix well again.
- Serve with salad. Or keep in fridge and serve cold while needed.
