- Heat oil in a wok add garam masala (clove, cinnamon, bay leaf, cumin seeds, cardamom pods) and onion fry till it becomes translucent add garlic, green chillies ginger and saute.
- Add tomatoes and salt and saute for 1 minute then add garam masala powder, black pepper,red chili,curd and cook for 2 min on low flame.
- Saute and add soyabean chunks and cover the wok with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes on low flame.
- In another pan add water,rice and salt give it a boil and low the flame cook until rice is done.let it cool.
- Mix the rice in the wok containing soyabean and cover the lid.
- Your delicious meal is ready to serve with raita and salad.
