  1. In a mixer, jar add vrat rice or Sama, sabudana,and grind well to a fine powder. Now add all flour, salt and curd and grind it. If required add water and make better consistency like dosa batter.
  2. Now take it in bowl add grated potato, chilli ginger paste, black pepper powder and mix well.
  3. Heat tawa on flame add better on it spread round like dosa. And let it cook. Apply oil or ghee. Flip over and let it cook well.
  4. Farali chilla is ready to serve with curd.
