Normally uttapam is made from rice and urad dal but I added mung dalz.I made this from cereals as kids r not eating adequate content of proteins. As it for kids so in tempting way.

- 1 cup green spilt mung dal
- 3/4 cup parboil rice
- 1/2 cup yellow split mung dal
- 1/4 cup urad dal
- as required Water
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- For toppings
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
- 2 tbsp peri peri masala
- as per taste Salt
- as required Coriander
Instructions to make to make Uttapam
- Take rice, urad dal and both mung dals and wash it properly.mix all together and soak it for 4/5 hours.
- After 5 hours put all things in mixer jar and make smooth batter.Add yogurt to batter.
- Now take chopped onion, tomato and capsicum. Add salt and periperi masala kids fav and mix it well. Put it aside.
- Heat a tawa and pour batter in round shape apply 1 tbsp oil then put chopped veggies cook it for sometime. Then flip it again cook for 1 min.
- For change you can pour in triangle shape also in same way.
