Steps to make to make Kadi khichri and aloo qeema

  1. RICE. boil three cup water in a pot
  2. Add salt and turmeric in it
  3. Add already soaked rice and daal
  4. Boil it than strain it
  5. Again transfer it in pot add fried onions along with it's ghee
  6. Put it on dum.kichri is ready
  7. Kadi. in a blender add yoghurt.coriander leaf.green chillies cocunt. baisan and grind it
  8. In pan add oil
  9. Add curry leaf cumin seeds
  10. Let it pop
  11. Pour yogurt mixture in it
  12. If u want u can add water too
  13. For qeema
    fried onions and keep them aside
  14. Add ginger garlic red chilli coriander powder turmeric
  15. Than add chop tomatoes and cook it finely
  16. Add in weeks and cook
  17. Now add crushed fried onions
  18. Add POTATO
  19. Cover and cook
  20. Add salt garam masala cumin pwder
  21. Garnish with coriander and green chillies
