- 250 grams Bathua
- 1 handful Rice
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 8 Garlic cloves
- 4 Green chillies
- 2 Cloves

- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp Chat masala-
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 glass Water
Instructions to make to make Bathua ki gheri bhaji
- Wash bathua and rice properly, Boil bathua and rice. Mash it.
- Grind garlic, black pepper, cumin seeds, cloves and green chilli.
- Boil the bathua rice paste and add grinded spices.
Mix it well, let it boil. - Mix gram flour in water and add in bathua rice paste.
Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt.
Cook well. - Add gram masala and chat masala.
Boil it for 2 more minutes. - Add curd and mix it well.
Now switch off the flame and tasty gheri bhaji is ready to serve.
