- Bunch coriander leaves
- 2 green chilli
- Dry powder:
- 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- If needed add chilli powder
- As per taste salt
- 1 tbsp ghee and oil

- Prepare chutney by grinding ginger, garlic, green chilli and coriander leaves.. wash and soak rice for 10min.. prepare tomato puree and keep ready
- In a pot add oil and ghee let it heat then add whole spices once change colour add sliced onions cook till light brown
- Add vegetables and green chutney mixture cook till it leaves oil then add tomato puree and salt cook nicely till oil oozed..
- Add beaten curd, dry powder masala cook nicely till vegetables are half cooked then add rice and double water and let it cook
- When 90%is cooked add barista, coriander leaves and cover it cook in low flame till done then serve hot with raita..
